Jammu, June 5 -- NHPC, a Navratna Enterprise of Govt. of India observed World Environment Day 2025 on 5th June 2025 with great enthusiasm at its Corporate Office, Regional Offices, Power Stations, Projects and Units. A plantation programme was organized at NHPC Residential Complex, Faridabad wherein Shri R.K. Chaudhary, CMD, NHPC, Shri R.P. Goyal, Director (Finance), Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Projects) and Shri Suprakash Adhikari, Director (Technical) and other Senior Officers planted saplings of fruit bearing trees. During the celebrations, CMD, NHPC alongwith all Directors released the NHPC Sustainability Report and NHPC Booklet on Environmental policies.
