Maligaon, Sept. 3 -- In a bid to clear the extra rush of passengers during this forthcoming festive season, it has been decided to run additional 07 pairs of festive special trains over Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) to few destinations. Among these special trains- Train No. 08047/08048 (Shalimar - Rangapara North - Shalimar) will run from 19th September to 4th October, 2025 for 03 trips from both directions. Train No. 03005/03006 (Howrah - Lumding - Howrah) will run from 26th September to 29th November, 2025 for 10 trips from both directions.
