Jammu, March 22 -- National Conference (NC) leader and MLA Hazratbal, Salman Ali Sagar on Saturday called for a debate in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on the necessity of dialogue between India and Pakistan for lasting peace in the region.
