LADAKH, April 2 -- The MSME-Development Nucleus Cell, Ladakh, a field office of the Union Ministry of MSME, has initiated the implementation of a Common Facility Centre (CFC) for Apricot Processing under the Cluster Development Programme (CDP). This project aims to enhance the sustainability, competitiveness, and growth of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) by addressing challenges related to technology, quality, and market access.
Ladakh, known for its unique horticultural produce, cultivates apricots across 900 hectares, producing over 5,000 metric tons annually.
