JAMMU, July 6 -- Advocate Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President of Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC), expressed optimism that the Modi-led Central Government will bring the Statehood Bill for Jammu and Kashmir in the upcoming Parliament session.
