JAMMU, Dec. 29 -- MLA Bahu Ch. Vikram Randhawa today initiated crate work in Chaata Panchayat of the Bahu constituency, in the presence of officials from the Irrigation and Flood Control Department and local panchayat dignitaries.
The area has suffered extensive damage due to recent floods, causing severe loss to public property and posing risks to local residents. Taking serious note of the situation, the MLA issued strict instructions to the concerned department officials to immediately prepare estimates for the remaining crate work and complete the same at the earliest to prevent further damage.
