JAMMU, Dec. 12 -- MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, launched extensive blacktopping works in Ward No. 32 and Ward No. 39 of the constituency, reaffirming his commitment to strengthening the civic infrastructure and improving road connectivity across the region.
