Jammu, April 22 -- Arvind Gupta, senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West, today conducted an extensive tour of Ward No. 31 to take firsthand stock of the problems being faced by local residents. The visit was part of his ongoing outreach to strengthen the BJP's grassroots connect and ensure prompt redressal of civic issues in his constituency.
