Mamun, Jan. 9 -- The Indian Army successfully conducted a comprehensive Military-Civil Fusion (MCF) initiative from 22 December 2025 to 08 January 2026, at Mamun strengthening coordination, enhancing operational understanding and fostering whole-of-government integration between the Armed Forces and Civil Administration.

The purpose of this multi-layered engagement was to provide a unified platform where military leadership, district authorities, police organisations, disaster-response agencies, technical departments, and educational institutions could interact, exchange perspectives, and refine collective preparedness for governance challenges, crises, and emergencies.
