REASI, Feb. 17 -- District Development Commissioner, Reasi, Vishesh Mahajan, chaired a meeting to discuss the formulation of a convergence plan under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) with schemes of other departments for the financial year 2024-25.
During the meeting, Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Pardeep Kumar outlined the features, modes, methods, and permissible activities to be undertaken under convergence with MGNREGA. He also discussed specifications and focal areas to be considered while formulating the convergence plan for the district.
