KISHTWAR, Dec. 30 -- The District Employment and Counselling Centre Kishtwar today organised a Mega Women's Entrepreneurship and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) Mela under Mission YUVA here in the Conference Hall DC Office.
Deputy Commissioner, Pankaj Kumar Sharma attended the event as the chief guest and inaugurated the mela by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
Around 500 women entrepreneurs, SHG members and aspirants hailing from different parts of the district took part in the event.
Officers from different departments provided direct guidance to the women participants regarding government schemes, financial assistance, skill training and market linkage support.
