Doda, Dec. 13 -- On 13/12/2025, an incident of public disturbance was reported at Domail, Bhaderwah, wherein a person identified as Obaid Hussain, S/o Bashir Ahmed, R/o Malsoo, Bhaderwah, was found creating nuisance at a public place.
Acting promptly, Doda Police took cognizance of the matter and apprehended the accused under Section 355 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). A medical examination of the accused was conducted, during which the attending doctor opined that he was under the influence of alcohol.
