CHANDIGARH, Dec. 31 -- Under the leadership of Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government remains firmly committed to the welfare of all sections of society, ensuring social justice and collective development. In line with this commitment, the government has been taking sustained, sensitive and effective measures to ensure the security, self-reliance and dignified living of persons with disabilities. This was stated by Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur.
