JAMMU, June 30 -- A major fire tragedy was today averted with timely action of the Fire Services Department as a result of which the multipurpose meeting hall at new DC office complex was prevented from gutting in the incident.
As per the details available with Early Times, the fire broke out in multipurpose meeting hall at New DC office Kishtwar as a result of which it started to engulf the whole building, but due to timely notice of the flame and the smoke by the officials who were working till late hours in the offices, the fire service department swung into action and stopped the fire from spreading.
