JALANDHAR, Jan. 16 -- Continuing its strong legacy of cultural excellence, Lovely Professional University (LPU) clinched the First Runner-up Trophy at the 39th Inter University North Zone Youth Festival (UNIFEST) 'Chit Utsav 2026', held in Chandigarh under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). With this achievement, LPU has qualified for the 39th AIU National Youth Festival 2026, scheduled to be held in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The five day North Zone Youth Festival witnessed participation from 22 universities across northern India, with over 1,100+ students representing Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and Chandigarh.
