Srinagar, Feb. 2 -- Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma on Monday termed the Lieutenant Governor's address, which he said reflected the ruling NC government's policies and vision, as "disappointing."

Sharma while talking to the reporters said, "The document prepared by the NC government and read by the Lieutenant Governor lacked vision, roadmap and commitment towards key issues, particularly unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir."

He said the LG's address and the documents he read reflected the ruling government's policies and vision but offers "nothing substantial" for the common people.

"The budget for J&K is disappointing for every section of society, especially the unemployed youth," he said.
