NEW DELHI, July 22 -- The Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, today paid obeisance at the revered Gurdwara Sri Bangla Sahib in New Delhi, seeking the blessings of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji.
During his visit, S. Harmeet Singh Kalka, President of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC), and S. Jagdip Singh Kahlon, General Secretary DSGMC, honored the Lt.
