KARGIL, Nov. 11 -- Several delegations from different parts of Kargil today met the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, at Raj Niwas, Kargil. Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC Kargil, Rakesh Kumar, and Superintendent of Police, Kargil, Nitin Yadav, were also present during the meetings.
