NEW DELHI, July 20 -- The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh UT, Kavinder Gupta, today met with former LG of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) at his residence in New Delhi.
During the cordial meeting, Lt Governor Kavinder Gupta greeted the former LG for his birthday and extended his warm wishes for his good health and long life.
