Kulgam, April 17 -- With an objective to educate students about the risks associated with substance abuse and its consequences and encourage them to adopt healthy habits; Kulgam police under the aegis of Civic Action programme (CAP)-2024-25, in collaboration with Government Degree College Kulgam conducted an awareness programme on Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyaan.
The programme was attended by Senior officers of Kulgam Police Including Addl SP NHW Qazigund Shri Mumtaz Ali Bhatti-JKPS, DySP DAR Kulgam Shri Mohd Ayoub Rather, Professors, Lecturers, students and other participants.
