Rahat Kazmi's movie 'Lihaaf', which has already won hearts of people round the globe, was selected for screening in 25th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) in competition round. Organized by West Bengal Film Centre and founded in 1995, KIFF is the second oldest international film festival in India. The organization is recognized by International Federation of Film Producers' Association (FIAPF-Paris), an international authority of film festivals.
KIFF would be inaugurated by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in the presence of Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Jaya Bachchan, Mahesh Bhatt, Rakhee Gulzar, Kumar Shahani among others at Netaji Indoor Stadium on November 8. This year, the f...
