KISHTWAR, March 13 -- In a significant achievement, J&K Police District Kishtwar apprehended an absconder who had been evading arrest for the past five years.
Acting on specific information, a police team led by SHO PS Kishtwar Insp. Firdous Ahmed assisted by IC PP Drabshalla PSI Ankush Sharma under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs Kishtwar Dr. Ishan Gupta-JKPS, conducted a raid at a suspected location and arrested the absconder Kuljeet Kumar @ Bablo, S/O Prabhu Lal, R/O Balgran, Tehsil Dhrabshalla, District Kishtwar.
The accused had been on the run since 2021 and was wanted in connection with a FIR registered against him.
