KISHTWAR, Feb. 21 -- District Administration Kishtwar, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Kumar Shavan, on Friday organized the Snow Mela at the historic Chowgan Ground to spread awareness about the government schemes like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Mission Yuva, Road Safety, Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, while also promoting tourism and local culture.
