SRINAGAR, Feb. 10 -- Kashmiri Mathematician Bilal Ahmad Mir has become the first person to manufacture India's high-tech solar car, "RAY," which was unveiled in Srinagar on Monday. Mir famous for his groundbreaking innovations, launched the revamped version of his solar car with a brand-new design, enhanced efficiency, and advanced technology.
