Jammu, Nov. 4 -- Kashmiri displaced people Leaders of DPAP demanded justice to abolish Supernumary posts of P.M. Package employees with merger to State/U.T. Cadre employees. In a joint statement issued by Kashmiri Displaced Pandith Leaders through S/Sh Sanjay Dhar, Piaray Lal Pandita, Raj Kumar Ticku, Daizy Dhar and others have condemned the dictorial order issued by the Director Funds Organisation, denying entitlement of promotions to PM Package employees, being employed on Supernnumary posts. In this context the Leaders submit that Supernumerary posts were introduced by the Indian Govt. during 1963, with some modifications during 1972,in which duration of Supernnumary posts was fixed minimum upto two years, to fill up required vacancies. ...
