Jammu, April 14 -- In a seminar held in the national capital on national security, former Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) RR Swain made explosive claims about the Kashmir Bar Association, alleging that for nearly 28 years, its preamble openly referred to Kashmir as a disputed territory and even included the objective of internationalizing the issue.
Speaking candidly at the event, Swain remarked, "This preamble was written and endorsed by individuals who had taken an oath under the Constitution of India-yet in courtrooms, they openly challenged its authority." He called such contradictions "unacceptable" and emphasized the urgent need to draw red lines that cannot be crossed.
