POONCH, Dec. 5 -- The Agriculture Department, Poonch, organized a comprehensive observance of Soil Health Day at Zone Jhulas, Sub Division Poonch, which was graced by the visit of the Worthy Joint Director SLUB, Shri Aman Jyoti, and Agriculture Economist, Shri Tilak Raj Sharma.
