SRINAGAR, Jan. 4 -- The union territory of Jammu & Kashmir reported 133 new cases of Corona Virus today following which the total number of positive cases reached 1, 21,786. The death toll due to the virus reached 1,891 as five deaths were reported in the past 24 hours or so.
Jammu district reported 37 fresh cases of COVID-19 followed by Srinagar district 29 cases, Kupwara district 21 cases, Poonch district 10 cases, Baramulla and Budgam districts seven cases each, Bandipora district four cases, Kathua & Samba districts three cases each, Anantnag, Ganderbal, Shopian and Kishtwar districts two cases each and Pulwama, Rajouri, Ramban & Udhampur districts one case each.
