UDHAMPUR, Dec. 28 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, today presided over a District Kissan Mela (Farmers' Fair) at Subhash Stadium, Udhampur.
The event was organised by the Department of Agriculture Production & Farmers' Welfare, Udhampur. The objective of the event was to promote farmer interaction, raise awareness about new tools and technologies in agriculture and allied sectors besides dissemination of information on various government welfare schemes for the farming community.
