SRINAGAR, July 2 -- A day after Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha ordered the reopening of 'deliberately buried' terror cases, police in several districts in Kashmir launched a helpline to provide timely support and assistance to families affected by terrorism.

The helpline has been set up in Budgam and Anantnag districts.
