JAMMU, June 12 -- On the evening of Wednesday, 11th June 2025, a grand "Jammu Tawi Aarti" was organized by Shri Raghunathji Corridor Development Council. This event is organized every month. And it took place at the beautiful Aarti Ghat on Tawi River Front at 6:30 pm.
The venue is part of the project built by Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) on the banks of Surya Putri Maa Tavishi River, which is considered to be the younger sister of Ganga Maiya.
This month's Aarti was dedicated to the Indian Army. Two minutes silence was observed to pay tribute to 28 tourists killed in Pahalgam terror attack and Army jawans who sacrificed their lives while performing their duties while protecting the country's border.The event started with recitation of ...
