JAMMU, Jan. 30 -- The recent reports quoted by print and electronic media regarding 3rd degree torture and manhandling of retired army officials Suresh Kumar and Chander Shekher both real brother by SHO Bakshi Nagar are strongly rebutted by Jammu Police which are entirely misleading and factually incorrect.
On the intervening night of 13 January (Lohri Festival) while performing Patrolling duty, SHO Bakshi Nagar, when reached near Arya Samaj Mandir, Bakshi Nagar found three/four persons had parked their Vehicle JK 17 8314 in the mid of road and were fighting with each other using aggressive abusive language in Bakshi Nagar Bazar which is also a prominent residential area.
