JAMMU, June 3 -- Continuing its crackdown on drug trafficking, Jammu Police apprehended two drug peddlers and seized 22.04 grams of heroin(Chita) like substance along with seven live pistol cartridges from their possession in Miran Sahib.
The accused have been identified as Dilbag Singh, S/O Janak Singh and Sahil Kumar S/O Tarseem Lal-both residents of Malikpur, Miran Sahib. They were intercepted during routine naka/patrolling duty.
The operation was executed by a police team led by PSI Yasar Arafat, under the close supervision of SHO PS Miran Sahib Inspector Sh.Jai Paul Sharma.Their swift action underscores the department's vigilance and commitment to public safety.
