JAMMU, March 7 -- In a robust move to maintain public order and ensure community safety, South Zone Police have intensified its operations to target public intoxication. During a targeted operation on March 6, 2025, Police detained more than 25 individuals found consuming alcohol in vehicles across the region.
This crack down sends a clear message, a behaviour that endangers public peace will not be tolerated. Jammu police is committed to upholding the Rule of law and ensuring that the streets and public spaces are safe for all citizens.
