JAMMU, March 12 -- On the directions of SSP Jammu, SP South continuing its operation code-named "Ploughing", aimed at cracking down on illegal mining activities across the region. The operation was led by SDPO South and SDPO East, with SHOs and ICPPs of South Zone executing targeted enforcement actions against violators. Over the last 48 hours ie last two days, South Zone has made seven major seizures, dealing a decisive blow to illegal mineral extraction.
