JAMMU, Feb. 28 -- Today at about 5:40 Am an information received at Police station Satwari that one Dumper driver is struck in Niki Tawi area near Shiva stone crusher and whole Dumper is submerged in water due to sudden flash flood and huge rise of water level, the driver is struggling for his life while standing in cabin roof of the said Submerged Dumber.
The incident was reported to senior officers and immediately Rescue operation Rudder was launched by south zone police.
