JAMMU, Feb. 21 -- Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Dr. Rakesh Minhas has issued two partial modification orders concerning the requirement of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for payment of Electricity Charges and Water Usage Charges in respect of Government employees in District Jammu.
As per the orders issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, a relaxation has been granted in the earlier instructions mandating submission of NOCs for salary drawal.
