JAMMU, July 18 -- Reflecting a compassionate and responsive approach, the District Administration Jammu, in collaboration with the Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Jammu, Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Jammu and Chief Medical Officer Jammu, has provided swift and effective relief to road accident victims under the J&K Road Accident Victim Fund Rules, 2022.
In the past one month, a total of Rs 24,60,000 has been credited directly into the bank accounts of the legal heirs of deceased victims and injured persons involved in road accidents across the Jammu district.
