Jammu, May 4 -- Major irregularities have surfaced in the transfer orders issued by the Agriculture Production Department (APD).
According to the details available with the Early Times serious irregularities have come to light in government order No. 186-JK-APD of 2025, dated May 2, 2025, concerning the transfer and posting of officers across the Union Territory.
