JAMMU, June 21 -- Like other parts of the UT J&K, the Directorate of Health Services Jammu on 21-06-2025 celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga today in the premises of the Directorate with great fervour and enthusiasm. The theme of this year's celebration is "Yoga for One Earth, One Health " focusing on harmony between human health and the Earth. This is a reminder that caring for ourselves is the first step in caring for the world around us.
