JAMMU, March 8 -- Government Degree College (GDC) Ghagwal celebrated International Women's Day with great enthusiasm under the patronage of Madam Principal Dr. Sujata Slathia. The event was coordinated by Dr. Bavita Kumari, Cultural Convenor, and Dr. Vani Awasthi, NSS Program Officer.
