Jammu, May 21 -- To commemorate International Biodiversity Day, observed globally on May 22, the Biodiversity Cell of the J&K Biodiversity Council, Jammu, in collaboration with the Environment Unit of MIER College of Education, organized a Painting/Poster Making Competition on May 20, 2025, under the theme "Harmony with Nature and Sustainable Development."
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 16 students of MIER College of Education, who used their artistic talents to highlight the importance of biodiversity and sustainable living. Through thought-provoking visuals and creative expression, the participants conveyed compelling messages about the need to live in harmony with nature.
