JAMMU, July 3 -- The School Leadership Academy (SLA) of SCERT-J&K, in collaboration with DIET Jammu inaugurated a 3-day Induction Training Programme for newly promoted Headmasters today at Government Polytechnic College, Jammu. The event was held under the able mentorship of Shantmanu (IAS), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Director, SCERT, J&K.
The programme is aimed at equipping school leaders with essential leadership, administrative, and pedagogical competencies to effectively implement the reforms envisioned in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The inaugural session began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and leadership.
