KARGIL, May 13 -- In a significant step towards enhancing emergency response preparedness among armed forces, the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Jammu & Kashmir, Union Territory, successfully concluded an 8-day online First Aid Training program for soldiers of the Military Hospital, Kargil. The virtual training, which began earlier this month, culminated today with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from the personnel involved.
