Poonch, May 25 -- In a continued effort to promote holistic wellness and strengthen community bonds, the Indian Army organized a Pre-Course Yoga Day Camp at Peer Said Musawali School in Sangiot village, Poonch. Held on May 25, the camp saw enthusiastic participation from students and teachers alike.

The event focused on fostering physical and mental well-being through a series of yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), and guided meditation sessions. Led by trained instructors, the camp aimed to introduce participants to the benefits of yoga for stress relief, improved concentration, and overall health.
