Kishtwar, Dec. 26 -- The Indian Army successfully organized a tailoring and stitching course for the women of Dacchan, aimed at fostering skill development and empowering local communities. The initiative was designed to equip women with livelihood skills and practical knowledge, empowering them to achieve self-reliance and contribute to their families and economic well-being. The course, which was attended by 20 women from remote and far-flung areas of Dacchan, provided hands-on training in tailoring, stitching and garment making, allowing participants to gain valuable skills that can open doors to new economic opportunities.
