RAJOURI, Sept. 14 -- Continuing its commitment to the welfare of people residing in remote and border areas, the Indian Army conducted a Medical Patrol in the far-flung village of Kothra, located in Tehsil Darhal, District Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir. This initiative was aimed at extending basic healthcare facilities to the underserved local population, many of whom have limited access to medical services due to the region's geographical and infrastructural challenges. During the patrol, the Army's medical team provided on-site consultations and free medicines to villagers suffering from common ailments. A total of 20 men, 25 women and 10 children, along with other members of the community, were attended to by the team.
