JAMMU, Feb. 4 -- The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu, under the leadership of Director Prof. B.S. Sahay, inaugurated a unique Trekking-Based Management Development Programme (MDP) for young leaders from National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). The three-day program, running from February 3 to 5, 2025, aims to enhance leadership skills through experiential learning in the scenic lower Himalayas.
The inauguration ceremony took place at the Prahalad Classroom and was marked by a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, attended by Dr. Ateeque Shaikh, Chairperson of Executive Education and Consultancy (EE&C), Dr. Yashoda Devi, Program Director, and Dr. Prakrit Silal, Program Director, IIM Jammu.
