JAMMU, Feb. 25 -- Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu inaugurated a unique trekking-based Management Development Programme (MDP) for NTPC's young leaders at the Prahalad Classroom on Feb 25, 2025.
The three-day program (Feb 24-26) aims to enhance leadership skills through experiential learning in the Himalayas. A total of 49 participants from across India are taking part in this initiative, featuring seven specialized sessions for professional growth.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Prof. Jabir Ali (Dean Academics), Prof. Nitin Upadhyay (Program Director), Dr. Ateeque Shaikh (Chairperson, EE&C), and Dr. Chinmaya K. Swain (Program Director).
