Jammu, Feb. 7 -- In a momentous occasion marking a significant milestone, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Regional Centre Jammu inaugurated its own state-of-the-art campus at Rajinder Vihar Housing Colony, Phase-I, Bantalab, Jammu. The long-awaited inauguration, which took place virtually, was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, on the 7th of February, 2024. Since its inception in 1998, the IGNOU operations in Jammu and Kashmir had been operating without a dedicated campus.
